This Sydenham rental property needed some work. The brief was to update, but on a budget and to a high standard.

The kitchen was very small and the bathroom quite large so we re-designed the floorplan by moving a wall to create a recessed area for the fridge and laundry, yes, the laundry is hidden behind the cupboards next to the fridge!

More storage was included in the kitchen along with a seating area as the property lacked a dining area. The bathroom was completely modernised and is now an inviting space.
